So... Basically you are looking for someone to help you build these sites and set up these businesses on a volunteer basis, with no pay and NO guarantee that money will be earned in the future? Where do I sign up?!

Sorry. Had to break your balls with that one. It does sound like an interesting project in all seriousness. PM me if you like. I probably can't help, but I know many people who might be interested.

worldbuilder i appreciate your comment but all business have to start somewhere. And seeing as im on a limited budget i cant pay people when there is no income. And there ar ea lot of businesses who are succesful that just started off with volunteers. One of then is linux and the open-source community. Another one is templatemonster (who is now the leading template shop in the world).

Not to flame you, but I think your '2-3 months' is a bit zealous. Most businesses take 6 months to break even and another 6 months to start making money. If you last 5 years you'll last forever, generally speaking of course. This is coming from a Business Law major and a web developer. Good luck with your project either way.

I'm also interested in hearing a bit about your CMS system? Will it be a commercial product or a free product? You can PM me if you'd like.

I think that

Anything we do in this web business ought to have money included at some point and this should be known from the start

Even one project without money making can turn out to be a bad thing,

You confused me.. you said they aren't a requirement.. but a bonus, and then you said that all above skills are required.. except HTML, which you specifically stated as a "must have requirement."

Could you clear this up for me? heh
