Does anyone know of a way to use a form on a website that doesn't use sendmail or formmail?

I don't have access to formmail nor sendmail on the server. I need a web to email gateway that doesn't require either of these.

BraveNet offers formmail and many other services for free. You have the form on your page but it submits to the BraveNet server to send. Here's the specific email form page:
