I need someone professional webmaster to help me report internet fraud by a website called www.safedatatech.com (http://www.safedatatech.com/) to law authorities and ban this website as well as company from existence. If you can provide any advice, I will hire your services to work for me to pursue this case electronically.

here is the complaint;

I have developed Secure Mail which is now being launched by www.safedatatech.com (http://www.safedatatech.com/). We have no any written agreement signed. But, I have all the emails and chats where we discussed the price and work scope. I have also the proposal which I sent to Jason (www.SafeDataTech.com (http://www.safedatatech.com/)) to review.
He committed on that and now not paying my money. But also he is blackmaling me to work more for him without any price. I have to charge $1550.00 from him.
Please help if you can.
