I need help on how to create cool looking banners that ppl see on web forums n stuff with Photoshop. I have seen many web site design company sites and its Photoshop templates and banner it’s very good. so am also want to do this same so plz help!

What is the best forum to use with your site? For example www.webdesigningcompany.com (http://www.webdesigningcompany.com). What else is there that you think is the best. I have visited a number of web site design company (http://www.webdesigningcompany.net/) site forum facility is everywhere but what is the best I don't know.
