I use Photoshop to edit my pictures and sometimes the edges are cut off when I print a 4x6 picture at a one hour photo. Sometimes important stuff may be cut off like text. How can I prevent from losing part of the picture?

I have go through many Photoshop tutorial for this and many web site design company (http://www.webdesigningcompany.net/) site for this but I haven’t get a proper answer.
