I always use photoshop and it always works fine. but today i opened a picture and i tried to play around with it and the mouse was stuck on the hand tool. i click on all other tools but it's just stuck on the hand. i know it's not frozen b/c i can move it around normal and i can minimize it w/o a problem and open files. If you know what the problem is please help.My friend recommended web site design company (http://www.webdesigningcompany.net) for the solution of this problem at low cost.What i do?
