I don't like the way the two nav bars cut off like that I think it would be nicer just straight connected to banner.

I's not clean anough. The graphics need to be sharper.

Splash pages are a waste of time for the user.

And the color scheme is ok, I'm not terribly fond of the background, but it looks okay.

I think you need something that is more defined as that does not look very professional

Yes, actually, that would work. Also I don't like the red in it.
