Anyone know any? Ive looked into budsinc.com but they dont like responding to my e-mails. So does anyone know any good CPM affiliate programs preferably paying with paypal with a 50 or lower minimum payout.

The term "CPM affiliate" is somewhat of an oxymoron, as affiliate systems are generally based on a CPA system. However, I strongly recommend FastClick.com for publishers. I use it myself, and have had great results.

FastClick can also pay through PayPal - that is personally my preferred payment. Keep in mind too, though, that clicksor.com and fastclick.com are two totally different types of ads...
