Good program to resize and downgrade mass amounts of images for posting?

Godsend Registered User Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 2	Good program to resize and downgrade mass amounts of images for posting? Im looking for a good program to use that I can select multiple images from different folders and the program will resize them and down grade them and save them back to the original locations/filenames. I have found some but they wont overwrite the originals

If you use Photoshop, you can set up a batch run to do this.
