    Hi!
Vector graphics is use for geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygons, which are all based on mathematical expressions.

Vector Graphic is a creation of the different digital images with the use of different mathematical commands and expressions. It is actually a collection of different objects rather than using an exact picture.

hmm you want details about Vector-oriented images ... ok ok these are more flexible than bit maps because they can be resized and stretched. In addition, images stored as vectors look better on devices with higher resolution, whereas bit-mapped images always appear the same regardless of a device's resolution.

Vector graphics are created in graphics packages and consist of shapes called objects.
It is possible to edit each object separately, for example, change the shape, colour, size and position.
Even if an object in a vector graphic is quite large, it doesn't need a lot of computer memory. Therefore the file size of a vector graphic is often very small.
Vector graphics are scalable - ie when you resize them, they do not lose quality.
Use the red slider to zoom into the vector graphic below. Notice how as you zoom further in, the image scales perfectly and does not lose quality.

    what is Vector Graphics?

If you are new then why not search on Youtube, a fantastic place from where you can gather a complete information about all the topics either it's realterd to programming or it's any kind of designing.

    Thanks!

Vector graphics is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygons—all of which are based on mathematical expressions—to represent images in computer graphics.!!

Vector graphics isthe creation of digital images through a sequence of commands or mathematicalstatements that place lines and shapes in a given two-dimensional or three-dimensionalspace.

vector graphic is the use of geomatrical primitive such as curves, lines, shapes or plygon. vector images are more flexible because they can be resized and streched. images stored as vector look better on devices like printers and monitors with high resolution. vector images are not based on pixel patterns. it uses mathemetical formulasto draw lines or curves that can be combined to create an image.
