    Mac Turns 20

Although I'm not a Mac/Apple fan, they're rather innovative. Creating such technologies as Firewire.

It's one of the best logos ever. I think it's one of the icons of the twentieth century. Apple rules. I'm not sure what is it about them, but they create stuff others can't even dream about. If you take a look at their oldest rival, MS, it's just copy, copy, steal, copy, take, copy and in recent years buy, buy, buy. Guys at Apple are number one, they rule, besides fruit is good for you.

Besides the whole OS2 thing with IBM where else did MSFT 'copy' and to an extent steal.

Microsoft is for sure more powerful, succesful and today has become a very very common household name.

But anyways back on the subject, the Apple/Mac logo is/was a very good idea. People will associate apples with Mac or atleast should and anything that is associated with another very common things (in this case, apples) is a grand idea indeed.

Note: I may be biased towards MSFT as I hold a fair amount of stock in them that has split God know's how many times..

Never mind Interactive, we all have our favorites. We will not hold it against you. It's like cars, some like Porsche, others love Ferrari.

Agreed. If contiuned any farther, this will only lead to a stalemate arguement. It's like those Intel/AMD battles. They can get ugly.

I used Macs for a while when I was in a graphical design shop. Overall, I didn't mind switching back to a PC

Happy birthday anyway though. Hard to believe that was 20 years ago.

Ahh come on. Even though eMachines suck, get one of their new laptops (which they don't even make it) that is running the new Athlon64 .
