    Paypal not to blame

This situation was caused by misbehavior of the lady (the seller in Florida) who tried to trick the buyer.

It's a clear example of fraudulent behavior and she should be prosecuted.

The whole ordeal has nothing to do with the Paypal, because they are there just to release the money when the goods arrive.

Goods in cases like this are not sent through them nor have they any idea on the package content.

It's a bad ad for them, but still Paypal is not to blame.

Sheesh, poor guy. Paypals a very dangerous thing to use, never know when they'll screw you over. I've been screwed over just over them updating the user agreement, really.

A client once payed me over 200.00 through paypal, then it turned out he was a kid and his mom filed it as fraud, and I ended up having to pay it all back.

Airnine is right, this isnt paypals fault. This was just a normal goods and services fraud by some lady.
