There already is a forum about JavaScript.

Java and Javascript are two completely different things.

Yeah, I know. How about just a general forum for C++, Java, etc.? Because I don't think it'd be popular enough to have a Java specific forum.

I wouldnt mind one about SEO.

I think a general C++/JAVA forum would be a good idea too.

I'm not really a big fan of C/C++ though.

We had a SEO forum awhile back, I guess it's about time we add it back in. It should be coming soon.

Cool, I'm glad we'll be getting an SEO forum. It's something I've been getting into lately.

    Yes.

SEO is almost as important to your site design as a well designed database and good interface design.

SEO definitely helps to attract visitors to your site.

I've been putting all my CGI questions in the Perl/CGI forum, even though most of my questions are not about perl. Java applets/serveles are certainly different beasts from CGI scripts, and so I think there should be a separate forum for Applets, and one for all CGI, not just Perl/CGI.

I think Perl/CGI means for Perl and CGI.

Right. CGI scripts can be written in a variety of languages, most notably PERL or C/C++.

JAVA applets are totally different animals.
