    My website so far. .

    www.newnanbands.com

    I'm having some trouble though. I cannot get some of the links to work. The destinations are for example

    <A href="shows.html">

    "Shows.html" is the name of the page on the server, but the link doesn't work. Try it. I have all the files on my computer, and the links work fine there, but not on the server. What's goin on???

    Awesome. All the links work now. Thanks! So what do you think of it overall?

    I'd like to dedicate the opening of this site to WebmasterLingo because there would be no site if I hadn't found this site. Isn't that amazing?

    I like it. Good, soft colors, yet also very modern. Although dark, it's not TOO dark.

    I believe this site was made with Photoshop, right? You can tell in the way it loads. It loads fragmented, one piece at a time. That's not particularly a bad thing, but 56k visitors may find it annoying.

    Try reducing the color depth on the graphics.

    Use .gifs instead of .jpgs.

    You can probably cut the loading time in half by reducing the color depth and saving them as .gifs. Especially on a site like this where you don't have any photos and alot of colors.
