    Help an idiot...please

Okay, so I was just on the internet the other day and I was reaching for something and I pressed a few buttons (I think) and now my IE looks a bit different. On the bottom of the IE window, there is this "panel" that goes across the whole bottom plane of the IE window. When you mouse over a link, it shows the url down there. But now that's gone, and being on the internet just feels different. Here's a few screenshots of what I'm talking about.

    What it looked like before

    What it looks like now

If firefox had the ability to use the google toolbar, I would use that, but I don't think it does, so I'm sticking with IE.

Can anyone help me get this bar thing back?

You can re-enable that, look at the attached jpeg.

Also there is Googlebar for FireFox:
