    Static forum pages (like here)

How does one go about making a forum's pages static like WML's for example?

I found a how-to for it, but it had too many erros (can't recall the url now), but it's done with mod_rewrite and some changes to vbulletin and templates.

I'll try to look it up and publish fixed version of it soon.

If you are interested in regular discussions with others and a stable and regular "community", then build a platform is ideal for you. Forums can create user accounts on a regular basis and new posts and topics they want. You can interact with others, and actually a large community of people who feel often build strong relationships with each other. If so, what do you do, and then a forum is your ticket.
