    The start of it

Very plain right now, mainly just a header, footer and a menu bar. But what do you guys think of:

Is what's there at the moment unprofessional looking? Am I off to a good/bad start? Any improvements for the header or anything else. Thanks

i really like the colors that you have used. may i suggest removing that colorful thing in the top-left corner? Also try enlarging the logo a little bit, and if you can think of something constructive to put into the empty part of the banner would be good.

I half agree with Reaction. I think you should remove that little colour thing in the corner and maybe enlarge the header. I wouldn't add anything else to it cause I think it looks quite stylish like that. Just do something good with the centre and it'll look good

Any suggestions of what to do with the left side of the header? I couldn't think of anyway to fill it. No banners or anything.

For the most part it looks okay. It's hard to give you a real good suggestion as you have no content and that could make or break your design. But from the little bit you have, the color blocks at the top left clash with your logo. So I suggest making those match better. Also...try putting a 1px border on the left and right side of your design. I think it will help give your design some closure b/c as of now the left and right sides just seem to want to run off to the sides. I think it will help to bring everything together.

    Agreed, remove that.
Make the page fit to the width.
I'd leave it the way it is. Fix the width at about, I dunno, perhaps 600px.

Put the 520 in braces (). You definitely need more content for further suggestions, but good job so far!

Thanks for all your posts. I changed the header (back to what it was originally before I posted here), what do you think of the gradient grid?

IMO, the colors in the triangle grid on the left seem to be a little out of place. I would either make it a rectangle or remove it altogether. Just my opinion though

    Hey!
    That's a nice site. It's cute.
But, it gives me a feeling that it's not completed yet.
The lower part of it looks a little bit empty.

I like the logo, it's very nice, I'm a big fan of multi-usage of colors.

    Good job Interactive!

Thanks. Working on the content sectionm still haven't decided how to visually display the content. Right now I basically have several tables like what are up there right now with a 'black border', any suggestions?

I would agree, it is very plain. Please do come up with a more creative design. The current one is plain, but good. Not many people like plain designs.

I think get rid of the three colours in the writing just have all blue or red and blue. Red blue and green is too X-Mas'y :P (if you want to keep the photoshop screen shot of the pallete )

From what I can see.. it looks pretty good.

I'd suggest making the header just a wee bit bigger though.
