thought that was an interesting article. while its understandable for Adobe to put the anti-counterfeit protection in CS, i can also see how this can lead to many other censorship such as adult material.

so if you want to make counterfeit money, make sure you get photoshop 7

    CS

unfortunately I'm not familiar with Adobe products that much and have no clue what CS stands for, so what does CS stand for?

besides, I have a good advice, if you use the newest software you will probably be forced to comply with every new directive, legitimate or not,

still, if you do your-self a favour and keep some older software alive you just might get to an easier live in the future

so few words on the Photoshop CS, please

    Thanks,

    Airnine

Stands for "Creative Suite". I am fine with 7.0.1 for now...I don't do anything with 16 bit images, but I am sure someone does. So I would buy it if I could, but I can't so I won't.

great for photographers though. the new "integrated digital camera raw file support" was a plugin for ps7 that cost $99, almost a necessity for photographers.

this is a great upgrade for certain people. for others, its better to stick with 7.

I believe getting a stock photo will do the trick, not sure how the program determines whether it is a scanned object or an existing one, but that is what I heard works.

    "counterfeiting money"

is a good thing to do,

most of the guys that try get cought once,

we should stick to the computers and internet

    Hi,

I myself am still using 7.0. I saw CS shown on "The ScreenSavers". It looks like the newer features are mained mainly at photo editing though. Not sure about the new features, if any, aimed at webdesigners.

I have CS and like it alot. It's very well integrated with the other new Adobe products (Illustrator CS, Image Ready, GoLive, etc.). I wouldn't say that it has enough new features that everyone should go out and buy it right away. The features that are new aren't for everyone. So basically...if you are happy with 7.0 then I don't see any reason to hurry and buy CS.

I don't have it. I work with Photoshop 7.0 right now.
I will get Photoshop CS soon I think.
Can't see why I need it right now.
And, it's very expensive right now. Though, PS 7 was much more expensive before.

I feel like a fish out of water. I tried learning PS 7, only to find that it was far too complex for the simple things I do. I'm just not a graphic designer at ehart. Don't have the creativity for it.

That was a great article, though.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS, I like the new features and I am a addict for new versions of products. I always enjoy trying the new tools.

And by the way please don't pirate Photoshop. The developers who worked hard on it deserve the money, please support them
