    Smile Introduction thread

    Hello all
As you can see I'm new here, thanks to Matt.
This forum would need an Introduction-thread somewhere.

    Just an idea

Hm, I think the idea of this thread got a little twisted.

The idea was to suggest you, Matt, to add a Introduction section where people can make their own threads.
    Do you get the idea?

    Hmm,
So what would you guys rather have?

A new forum for new member introductions?
Or use this thread ? (I will need to clean it up a bit heh)

A single thread would make it much cleaner/more simplistic, but people might still start their own threads...

sticky a thread for intro... have a guidline for posting introductions like:

name, age, location, experience/specialty, school, etc.

All are optional, but helps keep it uniform.

A forum for it would be good too though, so people can respond to individuals as well and we can post stuff like our sites and other things about ourselves without whoring up a thread.

A "sticky" intro thread is probably the best idea, Matt. It's what you see almost everywhere. That always makes for a good sticky thread.

Also, make sure you create and post forum rules in all forums and make them sticky as well. Some people read them and some people don't, but they always need to be there.

Using this thread was not the idea.
This thread belongs in the suggestions forum. Hehe.
