i host my site at http://www.tucktail.com/ i think they too have i hour resoponse time.. but they never advertise it

I can say that hour is the maximum time the relible hosting company can afford, however it is better for the host to have less reply times.

from my own experience can say 7host.com is demonstrating very fast reply time. But comparing to their service quality it is really small part.
