Unhappy IE6 fonts registry interpretation messed

Hello,
I am on IE 6 and recently I noticed IE would interpret default system fonts in a wrong manner. It would change default system font interpretation according to page encoding. If I visit pages with Central European, Cyrillic or basically any other than Western, pages default fonts are displayed correct. So seems to me that only Western encoding have problem with default system font.
I assume some registry reference to system font is bad, because I have done all possible windows repair things and none helped.
It is rather a bad registry reference than system font missing. Windows Repair has restored all system fonts, so it’s not about missing system fonts.
I would like to know if there is some tool to check IE system font registry reference if all is ok. Or some tool to check the general registry references to system fonts.
Can anyone help me?
Also at shutdown menu, the font is strange:

Thanks a lot.
p.s. system reinstall is not an option for me, so please don’t suggest me to reinstall windows
